• Provide Specifics – If you need a size that isn’t listed on the product page or would like to provide your exact inner diameter (in mm) or a specific international size (UK, US, EU, etc.), you can contact us through our customisation request form to discuss available sizing options.

Important Note:

Due to the detailed designs around the band, we are generally unable to resize rings once they’ve been crafted. Please ensure your ring size is accurate before placing your order, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for sizing issues.

• We do not offer fully custom designs from scratch. All customisations must be based on existing IMMORTAL JEWELLERY pieces.

• Some customisations may affect the final price of your ring depending on complexity or materials.

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

All of our jewellery is made-to-order, with a production lead time of approximately 5–7 weeks, depending on the design’s complexity and our current workload. Customised pieces or those featuring plating and precious gemstones may require additional time.

We ship exclusively with DHL Express to ensure secure, tracked, and insured delivery worldwide. All shipments require a signature upon delivery.

Estimated transit times once dispatched:

• UK: 1–2 working days

• EU: 2–3 working days

• Rest of the World: 3–6 working days

Please note that international customers may be responsible for customs fees or import taxes. Delivery delays due to customs are outside our control, so we recommend checking local regulations before ordering.

Each piece of jewellery is crafted with care and designed to last, but like all fine jewellery, it benefits from proper handling. We recommend the following guidelines to keep your piece looking its best:

General Care

• Store your jewellery in a cool, dry place—preferably in its original box—to protect it from sunlight, moisture, and dust.

• Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, hair products, and household cleaners, as these can dull finishes and degrade materials over time.

• Remove your jewellery before swimming, bathing, exercising, or handling abrasive tools.

Sterling Silver

• Prolonged exposure to chlorinated water or humidity can cause tarnishing—always remove silver jewellery before swimming or showering.

• A gentle polish with a soft, non-abrasive cloth can restore its shine.

Plated & Coated Finishes

• Rings with ceramic, rhodium, gold, or other specialty plating's should be treated with extra care. These finishes may wear over time, especially with daily wear.

• We recommend removing plated pieces during physical activities or when applying skincare products.

Note: While we do not currently offer in-house re-plating services, feel free to contact us if you require assistance or recommendations for restoring your jewellery.
