Q: Do you make custom designs from scratch?
A: We occasionally take on select custom commissions. If you have a concept in mind that goes beyond our existing ring tailoring options, we’d love to hear about it. Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. No matter where you are, we'll deliver directly to your door at no extra cost. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Our rings are made-to-order. Please allow 5-7 weeks for crafting, plus shipping time depending on your location.

Q: Why might my order to the European Union be slightly delayed?
A: We are currently updating our processes to comply with the European Union’s new General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR). While we work to meet these new standards, orders shipping to EU countries may experience slight delays. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to ensuring your purchase fully meets the latest safety and quality requirements.

Q: Will I receive tracking information?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Q: Why am I asked for a phone number at checkout?
A: Providing a phone number at checkout is completely optional. We recommend it as it helps ensure smooth delivery — couriers like DHL often send real-time updates or may need to contact you if there are any issues with your delivery.
Rest assured, your phone number will only be used for shipping purposes and will never be used for marketing.

For this reason, we strongly recommend confirming your ring size before placing your order. Please note that due to the custom nature of our pieces, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for sizing issues after delivery.

Q: How are prices displayed on your website? Will they match my local currency?
A: Prices are shown in your local currency based on your location. If we’re unable to detect your currency, prices will default to £ GBP (British Pound Sterling). You can also manually select your preferred currency at the bottom of the site.

At checkout, you'll be charged in your local currency if it’s supported by our payment system. The final amount is based on live exchange rates and local taxes at the time of purchase, and may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider’s conversion rates or fees.
